Shipping: Our policy is to ship every Web Store order within 48 hours (or 2 business days). However, we sometimes miss this mark and have to hold items longer than this. If we ever have to hold your order for more than 5 business days, you will be contacted by phone or email explaining the reason for the delay.
Please note that shipping days are calculated in business days. TankRats AFV Depot is closed during most U.S. Federal holidays. If you place an order during such time, it will not be received until the next business day.
Stocking:
TankRats AFV Depot will strive to have a complete stock of the items we list on our web site. In the event an item is out of stock it will appear “out of stock” on the web page. TankRats AFV Depot will NOT place items on back order. If an item is out of stock and you wish to purchase it please contact us so we can add it to our next restocking order. You will be contacted once the items have been restocked.
Payments:TankRats AFV Depot offers payment via Paypal and Google Checkout: payment via these methods results in an immmediate charge to your credit card. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Diners Club directly through our website: in these cases we do NOT charge your credit card until we ship your order. All other methods of payment are deposited upon receipt. If – for ANY reason – we are unable to process and ship your order within 5 business days, we will make an effort to call or email you so we can explain the delay and resolve any problems.

TankRats AFV Depot processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, or wish to change your order, please notify us IMMEDIATELY! You may contact us by email or phone. If you contact us BEFORE your order is processed, we will do everything reasonably possible to help you resolve any problems you may have with your order. Unfortunately, if we have already shipped your order, there will be little we can do to help.
